In Wales we deliver Work-Based Learning programmes on behalf of the Welsh Government.
Traineeships are designed for young people aged 16 to 18 years old in Wales. The programme gives young people the skills needed to get a job or progress to further learning at a higher level, such as an Apprenticeship or further education.
We empower young people to develop and improve their Employability skills and Life Skills – through gaining qualifications to support their development needs and through gaining work experience in real work environments. We offer a full suite of qualifications across a range of levels designed to suit all learning needs and covering all sectors .
We offer literacy and numeracy support, confidence building, life skill development and provide excellent pastoral support to engage / support learners on programmes to enable resilience for continuous learning and development. We also provide opportunities for our young people to participate in a wide range of enrichment activities as part of developing skills, abilities and qualifications informally.
