Neath Port Talbot Council have secured Warm Homes funding to deliver 1st time gas central heating systems into properties that currently heat their homes with Solid Fuel or electric heaters.
We have undertaken an exercise using the EPC register to identify all potential eligible properties in the Borough, but the EPC register will only represent a small % of properties as not every property will have an EPC. Our target clients would be the elderly vulnerable, disabled, fuel poor and low income households, these are likely to be people that have lived in the same property for a number of years and therefore have not required an EPC. If you are aware of any NPT residents who could benefit from the grant please let us know, it is fully funded and there is nothing for the client to pay. (subject to meeting the qualifying criteria)
We fully intend to visit community buildings in due course to display posters etc., but if you are aware of any community buildings / events etc. that we could attend please let us know.
