Services accessed via the Housing Support Gateway (HSG Funded Services)
All of our Services are funded from the Housing Support Grant to deliver housing related support. There are certain activities that our Services are not permitted to support with eg anything that is the responsibility of Social Care Services including support with personal care; food shopping; any aspect of medication management; anything relating to parenting.

Referrers are able to type straight into the referral form - please note that if you handwrite the referral and amendments are required, you may need to complete the referral again.
Please submit the referral in its original format eg do not pdf it before sending/uploading.
Floating Support Services
- The Wallich’s PAWS Project - provide generic floating housing related support to anyone, aged 16+, who is homeless or struggling to manage accommodation which could lead to them becoming homeless & need to develop the skills to successfully manage a tenancy;
Platfform – provide floating housing related support to anyone, aged 18+, whose mental health is acting as a barrier to them securing or managing accommodation;
- Adferiad (formerly known as WCADA) – provide floating housing related support to anyone, aged 18+, whose substance and/or alcohol issues are acting as a barrier to them securing or managing accommodation.

Temporary for up to a maximum of 2 years | Supported Accommodation with support on site 24/7 (based in central Neath). | For young people aged 16-25 with complex needs. | Clarewood is 24/7 accommodation- with sleep in staff from 11pm to 7am. Staff are based on the ground floor and bedsits are based on the first and second floor, please consider this when making a referral.

Llamau (Young People)
Temporary for up to a maximum of 2 years | Dispersed Supported Accommodation with Floating Support provided (across Neath & Port Talbot). Some of this accommodation is shared with other residents.
| For young people aged between 16-25 with low-moderate support needs (not complex needs). | Those who have been assessed as not suitable for lone working will not be suitable for the shared accommodation. Staff are not based on site to mediate if there are any issues between residents. |

The Wallich Ty Raena (Generic Homelessness)
Temporary for up to a maximum of 2 years
| Supported Accommodation with Floating Support in central Port Talbot. The accommodation is in one block with a communal hallway. | Single applicants aged 18+ with low-moderate support needs (not complex needs). | Most residents will be expected to be ready for move on to a general needs tenancy from 6 months.

FHA Caredig (Mental Health)
Neath Scheme - temporary for up to a maximum of 2 years; Pontardawe Scheme – long term
| Supported Accommodation with specialist Mental Health Floating Support provided (Pontardawe/Neath area). | Single applicants aged 18+ with a Mental Health diagnosis. | Priority will be given to homeless applicants (Neath Scheme), or Care Managed Individuals (Pontardawe Scheme). Staff are not based on site. |
Platfform Managed Accommodation (Mental Health)
Temporary for up to a maximum of 2 years | Supported Accommodation with specialist Mental Health Floating Support provided (across Neath & Port Talbot). | Applicants with a Mental Health diagnosis. | Staff are not based on site. |
Stori Cymru (Domestic Abuse)
Temporary for up to a maximum of 2 years | Supported Accommodation with specialist Domestic Abuse Floating Support Provided (across Neath & Port Talbot). | Individuals with/without children with a range of support needs. Applicants may have experienced Domestic Abuse but if they are fleeing, it needs to be in a planned way ie not in need of refuge or emergency accommodation.
