Save the Children is committed to providing;

Partnership Lead support in each area to engage partners across the Communities of Practice and Sub-Group, holding space and for the project
Coaching and facilitation of sub-group discussions to identify coordinated action across the system
Renumeration for children and families who share their views
Seed-corn funding for each area to develop coordinated action based on children’s views
Evaluation and learning across the piece
Coordination of events and communication to share learning with partners across Wales and beyond
Contributing to project workshops and regular meetings across the life cycle of the project - investing their knowledge, time and resources to work collaboratively to achieve change for children experiencing poverty in the community
Speaking to the children and families they work with and being led by their views
Attending exchange visits between the two areas, and potentially to other areas in Wales to share learning
Working collaboratively with other community partners to identify and develop area(s) of action, based on the views of children and utilising seed-corn funding
